A: For stock samples, it is free, Shipping cost should be paid.For customized sample ,mold fee should be paid. Mold fee will be refunded from the order when qty/style is up to 10,000,000pcs
Q: How long can I expect to get the samples?
A: When we receive the paymant, the samples will be ready for delivery in 7 -15 working days based on existing mould . If not, it will take about 20days to make new mould.The samples will be sent out via express 3-5 work days
Q: What about the lead time for mass production?
A: It depends on the quantity. Generally speaking, it will be 7-20 working days after sample approval.
